Q: Good F150 Accessories to buy?
I just got a used 2001 F150 extended cab w/ 6ft bed. I was wondering what are the best accessories. Ex: seat covers, mud flaps etc.

A: Tube style running boards, tint the windows, get a chrome grill, put on a nice set of rims and tires, a box liner, a box cover. All sorts of stuff to do. Given that you just got it, maybe before you spend money on that stuff, have it looked over and see if there is any maintenance that should be done. The older F-150's sometimes get a haze over the headlight covers. There is a repair kit made by 3M that makes them look like new again. That's cheap and really improves the look.
