Q: Is 70,000 miles on a 2003 ford f150 XLT sport a lot?


A: definitely not...its 6 years old and they have only put a little more than 11,500 miles on it a year...thats a good deal...but, I have seen older cars with less mileage...you need to check up on it, those miles might have been highway miles...

Q: Difference between F150 4X4 Off Road, 4X4 FX and regular 4X4?
I have a 2003 Ford F150 XLT SuperCrew 4X4 Off Road. What is the difference between the 4X4 Off Road, 4X4 FX, and 4X4. Mine has the electronic Shift on the Fly, and basically all the ammenities that comes with an XLT. I just want to know what the difference is between the three trim packages.

A: FX4 version is top of the line similar to a Lariat veraion. FX is like a XLT and just 4x4 is for any one who may want an XL or base version with 4x4. Like the above answer there is a moderate difference in suspension such as the FX4 has a beefed up ranchero shock package. Thats why that version is so much more off the lot.

Q: do you need to buy shocks in order to do a 2/4 drop?
i have a 2003 f150 XLT and i want to drop it. Do you have to buy new shocks for it or can i stick with the stock shocks? im putting a djm drop kit that has the spindles/hangers and shackles.

A: What do the kit instructions say? That's what I would rely on.

2003 ford f150 supercrew.... xlt about 45,000 miles!!! for only 10890 i hav a feeling sumthing muts b wrong w/ it! but i calld the dealer and he read the carfax to me and said it was fine its in good shape.. im not sure tho its too cheap for all the low mileage i just dont kno whether i should buy it silver, cloth interor ITS NOT A CAR ..ITS A FORD 03 SUPERCREW.... A: The price seems a little on the low side, but it is worth it to go and look at the truck. Depending on the condition and equipment, it may be priced correctly, or it may even be overpriced! If it looks good to you (It may be rough looking at that price) take it to your own independent mechanic to have it checked out. If the dealer will not allow you do do that (during the day, locally, at your own expense) run from the deal! You may be able to get a good deal. Note to James Dean, Next time you want to buy a vehicle, please contact me. If you will pay that much for this truck, I want to be the one to sell you a vehicle. A few customers like you, and I could retire!!! LOL

Q: What car should i get from my parents? 17 years old sooooo?
my parent said that i can have a car that they own but the problem is which one. i can either get a 2003 ford f150 xlt its very nice with 4x4 it seats 6 and has like 22000 miles but the only thing thats bad is the gas milage and the other car is the 1998 saturn sc2 this car is in great condition with 32000 miles on it not drivin alot but it only seats 4 and gets good gas milage. So thought anyone on what i should get ?
