Q: how to remove rear seat in 2006 f150 supercrew?
A: first you have find the black clips on eachside of the seat(they're about 4" in on both the driverside and passenger side)just lift up on the padding of the seat and you should be able to see them, take a long screwdriver(about 9"-10") and press the clips in, (when you do this make sure the screwdriver is on the left side of the clip on the driverside and on the right for the passenger) now there are three more clips at the top of the seat, you should be able to pull those up with your hands(pull up hard!!!) once you have it up you can unbolt the bottom of the seat. there are some metal clips at the bottom of the seat, if you're planning to put a sub box back there they will h ave to be trimmed.
Q: 2006 F150 or 2005/06Mustang??
I cant decide on like an 05/06 ford mustang.
or maybe
a new (like 06 or somethin) ford F150 SuperCrew (the four door one)
I really like the mustang. and that was my original choice. but the more i look at F150's the more I like. The F150 would prob be about 1000 bucks cheaper. and I really like it.
idk what should i get?

A: i have a 2008 f-150 supercrew and a 2008 mustang gt. i like them both alot, but dive the mustang more. it gets double the mileage and costs half to fill. i would recommend going with the mustang unless you have an actual need for a truck. also get many stares and comments on the mustang, and none on the truck. check out my 360 page for pics
Q: is there a way to hook up ford 150 factory tweeters to an aftermarket amplified system? is there a bypass?
I have installed an aftermarket stero system in my 2006 ford f150 supercrew. all speakers work fine, except for the tweeters. They dont play at all. But they have to be wired with the other two door speakers, because there are only 4 total wires for front and rear speakers. do they maybe run through some sort of capacitor that needs to be bypassed somehow? any answer would be most appreciated!
A: Did you connect the wire harness properly? if you bought a stereo harness that connects the factory harness and the head unit, make sure all the wires are connected properly. It is color coded and a diagram should have come with your head unit. No capacitors or anything is needed nor should anything be bypassed.
If they are being connected to an amplifier, make sure that the speaker wires aren't being crossed and that they are firmly connected to the amp.
Q: Ford F150 cab questions?
What is the difference between the extended cab and super cab? i dont mean superCREW (i know that is the full 4-doors) it is a 2006 ford f150 Fx4 supercab but i have heard of extended cab also. What is the difference?
A: The extended cab will not have rear entry doors and and the super cab will. Actaully they are both extended cabs they just started calling them super cabs when they started adding doors. And the super crew has 4 full size doors. Hope this helps.
