Q: I have 2007 ford f150 supercrew whats the best kind of subwoofers to put in my truck?
A: Ok so when putting sound systems in a truck you got space to worry about. There is flatter subs like the JL TW5 or Boston Acoustics make them two witch are both good quality if you can’t track down those then your local car audio store should be able to throw you in the right direction for flatter subs, but they are out there.
Size. Ok bigger isn’t always better depending on what type of music you listen to if you listen to music with a fast beat like techno then go for something smaller that can keep up like a 10”. If you go for a relaxed beat like hip-hop then you’ll be able to go for a 12” you probably wouldn’t fit a 15” in.
Amps. You NEED amplifier to run a sub go for the suggested one when buying your sub
Ps I wouldn’t port your box some people do. It is slightly louder but a sloppy sound keep your box sealed for optimum sound…

i want some subs to fit under the rear bench of my 2007 f150 super cab.not the supercrew.i have looked into the JL stealthbox,but that is a little costly around 500$. any suggestions?

A: is the factory stereo broken? thats alot of money for something that adds no value or extra function.
for the same money you could add a high performance Filter and install a programable performance chip
