Q: Should I sell my truck?
Here is my situation. I was living with girlfriend and in April I bought a 2009 F150 King Ranch 4x4. At the time I was in a nice house and all my finances were good to go. Since we have split and now I live with a friend of mine but would like to get my own place but it is about $500 more than I pay now. My truck payment is $700/month but my concern is I don't know whether I should get into a cheaper car and risk being upside down on my truck in order to get my own house or keep the truck because I would be upside down. I am afraid if I hold on to it to much longer it will just increase the amount it worth to what I owe.

A: If you turn in the truck, it will still be considered a repossession. and will
ruin your credit. I agree, your payment is way to high. I would suggest
getting a roommate to help you with your finances.
