Q: Ford f150 xlt? Trims? 4x4? Interior?
Is their a certain xlt trim you need to have to have the 4x4 on the floor other than the dash? Like a sport trim? Also is their a trim that has a console between the seats other than one that flips up and down? This is a picture of what i am talking about: http://www.iroel.org/wp-content/Ebook/desember/2009/06/ford-f150-xlt-3.jpg. Im looking to a buy a 2004-08.

Q: 3 in 1 convertible car seat in a extended cab truck?
We have a 2009 ford f150 extended cab truck and our baby is about to outgrow the infant seat and move into a convertible seat! We really did not think much of this when we were shopping for a truck because the car seat we have now fit so well. Does anyone have any experience with this and what seat fit best? I am including this blog for the pictures just to clarify what i am talking about! Thanks in advance for all of your help. http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://blogs.cars.com/.a/6a00d83451b3c669e2010536cf8e43970b-800wi&imgrefurl=http://news.pickuptrucks.com/2009/01/second-take-2009-ford-f150-xlt-supercab-4x4.html&usg=__9onqUJCe-3CECOOTBHe8yELiNsA=&h=350&w=560&sz=128&hl=en&start=1&sig2=32sYy3csMYFoRx4kl1r5_Q&um=1&tbnid=j5Llglvm57_XSM:&tbnh=83&tbnw=133&prev=/images%3Fq%3D2009%2Bford%2Bf%2B150%2Bextended%2Bcab%26hl%3Den%26rlz%3D1T4ADFA_enUS345US346%26sa%3DN%26um%3D1&ei=dV9GS-CHL4yVtgevz7nmAQ
Thank you guys so much for the info! We do want to keep him rear facing as long as possible we currently have the chicco key fit 30 and he is about to outgrow it in height. Thanks for the links its so hard to find info that is actually reliable so I am looking for myself and asking others as much info as possible!
A: Usually convertible seats fit better rear-facing in smaller vehicles than the 3-in-1 seats. Also keep in mind that most of the 3 in 1s would expire before your child no longer needed a booster so you'd still need to buy one eventually.
I think that the Evenflo Triumph Advance would fit and is considered one of the best seats by car seat installation technicians, its also relatively cheap. I could measure mine and see how much space it takes up in our car.
Check out these forums. The second one says that most car seats fit the F150 supercrew (if that's the same thing, I have no clue. ETA is the Evenflo Triumph Advance)
